My first memory of games is when my younger brother got a PS2, on which we mainly played Guitar Hero and Need for Speed. As a teenager I also played on sites like Click Games, Games 360 and Friv, not to mention the games on Facebook. And of course, I played a lot on my cell phone too. After I became an adult I managed to acquire my first own consoles, being the Xbox 360 and the One, on which I had the opportunity to play Life is Strange, State of Decay, Tomb Raider, Forza Horizon and Overcooked, which made me fall in love even more so in this universe. I currently have my PC, which is not a gamer, but allows me to try games like my favorite Stardew Valley, Euro Truck Simulator 2, V Rising, Graveyard Keeper, This War of Mine, Tell me Why and several others. Because of my studies I don't have as much time available, but I play whenever I can. How did I start in the world of streams?  Like many, my mental health was affected during the pandemic due to social isolation, and interaction in live streams became my main form of contact with other people. The lives gave me an escape from all the fear and insecurity that this moment was causing, guaranteeing a little fun, entertainment and company. I've always liked playing games, but I found the possibility of being able to play and chat at the same time incredible, and with that in mind I decided to start doing lives. Thanks to the friendships I made on Twitch, I had support from the beginning, and I'm proud to be able to say that I'm part of an incredible community! I have a passion for doing lives, but it is very difficult to make money doing this. Because I decided to focus on my studies, I had to go back to live with my mother at the beginning of this year and since then I haven't been able to do live shows, both because I didn't have any encouragement from my family and because I didn't have a conducive environment for it here. What is my objective? Given the difficulty of being able to support myself just by doing lives, I always thought of it as a hobby, the money earned would be used to maintain the streams, in things like better equipment, interactive programs, prizes, etc. And I would have a main job, thanks to college, that would support me. I've been a lawyer since 2010, the year I graduated from college, but in 2016, I decided to completely change my path and enter the esports scene—a still very male-dominated and competitive environment in Brazil. Since then, I've worked in leadership and management of high-performance teams, focusing on professionalizing operations, developing athletes, and building sustainable structures. My work has always had two core pillars: professionalism and inclusionI sought to transform teams into organizations recognized for their integrity and sustainability, while encouraging athletes to embrace a culture of respect and diversity. Over the years, I've trained countless players who arrived "raw," with no sense of self-management, and left prepared to manage their personal lives, their public images, and their finances, in addition to acting as high-performance professional athletes. Many of them are now renowned for their team consistency, performance, and public attitude. As a leader, I've developed skills in sustainable management, fundraising and partnerships, and talent negotiation — transforming promising players into valuable assets for organizations, which allowed me to maintain high standards of operations and results. This experience gave me a very broad strategic vision: I know how to create from scratch, structure processes, manage people, and negotiate with brands and partners. Throughout my career, I also became a spokesperson and content creator, connecting organizations with their audiences and reinforcing positive narratives for the market. Today, I seek to apply this know-how to new challenges, contributing my leadership, management, and market acumen to organizations that want to build solid, innovative projects with real impact.

Hi, my name is Kadi. I'm a TV presenter, content creator, reporter, and scriptwriter with experience in esports programming. I'm also a caster, streamer, and creator of FPS games, having participated in official EWC broadcasts, international events for EA, ASUS ROG, and several organizations both domestically and internationally. I currently work at a full-service agency called WHIDO and have experience creating content for Free Fire, Crossfire, Honor of Kings, SWC, and PUBGM. I participate in the development of RPFs, brainstorming sessions, supervising a marketing agency, writing corporate cases, writing and reviewing media copy, and covering events such as social media.
