Hello! I'm known as Yuki. I was born in Japan in the city of Yokohama and grew up in the city of São Paulo. Where I got education from Elementary to Superior. I lived between 2018 and 2022 in Japan, with the aim of getting to know the homeland better, studying the Japanese language more and having more contact with the culture. Professionally, I had experience with customer service, including being certified as a team leader. Indicated by superiors, I had the privilege of taking a specialization course in customer service, marketing and sales strategies. I had a lot of contact with friends from other ethnic groups and expanded my knowledge of the English language. During this period in Japan I also worked as a freelancer: I developed illustrations, a music video and an indie video game with the knowledge and experience previously acquired in Brazil: where I graduated in Audiovisual Production at Faculdade Melies de Tecnologia and worked in the area of Graphic Design and Animation 2D. In Brazil, I had experience with Graphic Design in a print shop specialized in party stationery and produced several products. Sempre fui uma pessoa que batalhou muito pelo meu espaço como mulher no cenário, fazendo parte do primeiro time feminino de Wild Rift. Naquela época não existia um cenário estruturado, mas nunca deixamos isso nos abalar. Eu mesma inscrevia nossa equipe em todos os campeonatos possíveis e organizava as scrims. Sempre lutamos pelo nosso espaço, mesmo sem apoio algum. Nosso bordão era “nós por nós”, porque sempre acreditamos no nosso sonho, mesmo quando precisávamos caminhar sozinhas. Com o passar do tempo, nosso esforço começou a dar resultado. O cenário inclusivo começou a crescer e foi nesse momento que nos destacamos, conquistando nossa primeira organização, o Flamengo eSports. Durante esse período fomos campeãs 14 vezes e eu tive a honra de receber o prêmio de Melhor Atleta Feminina de 2022, além de ser indicada ao Prêmio eSports Brasil na categoria Atleta Revelação. Sempre fui uma profissional dedicada e comprometida com tudo o que me proponho a fazer. Após o encerramento do competitivo de Wild Rift, atuei na área de RH e Gestão de Pessoas em uma empresa de Engenharia, onde minhas responsabilidades incluíam recrutar profissionais, gerenciar equipes e manter um bom relacionamento nas obras. Foi nesse período que percebi o quanto gosto de entender pessoas, resolver problemas e motivar equipes, ajudando-as a superar desafios que impactam seu desenvolvimento profissional. Foi então que me perguntei por que não ser Manager de eSports. Amo o universo dos jogos e já estive do outro lado, como jogadora, o que me faz entender exatamente o que espero de um manager. Como player, sempre valorizei um gestor proativo, capaz de identificar pontos fortes e fracos do time e trabalhar com isso, somando ao grupo para alcançar o objetivo final: a vitória. Durante minha passagem pela XIS GG, no último e mais importante campeonato da minha carreira, vivi uma experiência difícil. Meu time foi completamente sabotado pelos coaches e, mesmo tentando conversar, não recebemos o suporte necessário da nossa manager. O resultado foi um time frustrado e emocionalmente abalado, o que culminou em uma derrota que carrego até hoje como aprendizado sobre a importância de uma boa gestão. Hoje posso dizer que já estive tanto do lado do jogador quanto do lado da organização, e isso me coloca em uma posição muito confortável e confiante para exercer essa função. I'm the team manager at LOUD in League of Legends, responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team comprised of four imports from South Korea and the United States. I handle all logistics: championship schedules, training sessions, recording sessions, transportation, visas, and travel, as well as liaising between players, coaching staff, management, and other internal areas within LOUD. I work directly with Riot Games to meet LTA South's demands, such as mandatory content, interviews, registrations, travel, and roster updates. I also produce weekly reports with observations on athlete behavior, performance, and routine, in addition to resolving day-to-day operational issues. I was Team Manager at CLT at the end of the 2025 first split, leading the team to the Challenger Circuit Promotion final. I also worked at Izanagi Esports in 2024, where I managed the men's lineup that won the in-person final of the Liga GG CELOL Série A 2024 Split 1 in São Paulo and the inclusive lineup that reached all three playoffs of the 2024 Ignis Cup. During these experiences, I was responsible for organizing training routines, logistics, the competitive calendar, conflict mediation, emotional support, and performance monitoring in scrims, soloQ, and championships. I implemented regular reports, post-game forms, 1:1 meetings, and coordinated work with technical and external staff. I am the founder and COO of Aurora Hub, where I lead the organization of tournaments and initiatives focused on women and non-binary people in the LOL scene. I structure the competitive calendar, coordinate the internal team, create partnerships, and manage all aspects of the project with a focus on development, inclusion, and high-level competition. In March 2025, with support from Riot Games, we organized the Aurora Cup, a tournament with over 30 hours of live streaming. I directly coordinated the community, league ops, and broadcast teams, ensuring the delivery of a stable, well-produced, and competitive championship from start to finish.

Previously just a hobby, I began my career at "jornagames" as a writer for GameBlast (and its other sites, NintendoBlast and, at the time, PlayStationBlast and XboxBlast) after discovering the site at its in-person Pokémon championships. Representing Blast, I covered online and in-person events like Brasil Game Show and E3, game launches, daily gaming news, reviews, and all kinds of content, including weekly Pokémon livestreams. With the magazine's closure in 2017, the editorial team began contributing to NVerse magazine, an independent project with a similar focus to NW. During this time, I also wrote for other online projects, such as the website Indie On, Switch Brasil (currently Universo Nintendo), VALORANT Zone, and worked as a translator at Keywords Studios on projects for Riot Games. As an esports enthusiast, I also worked as a social media consultant for several professional organizations, notably Vorax, with teams in League of Legends and VALORANT, and Tropicaos, with their Free Fire teams. Still in esports, I've been working as a caster for Pokémon Unite, an arena game resulting from the partnership between TiMi Studios and the Pokémon Company. In 2022, I started working as a customer service representative for Tencent Games and LEGO at Golin Brasil, a PR agency. With Tencent Games, we've created ads and projects focused on titles such as SYNCED, NBA Infinite, Tarisland, GYLT, Nightingale, and others. Who am I?  My name is Maiara, better known on the internet as Maiaraland. I'm a third semester Digital Media Design student at Fatec Carapicuíba and I'm looking for an internship. How did I get started in the gaming world? My first memory of games is when my younger brother got a PS2, on which we mainly played Guitar Hero and Need for Speed. As a teenager I also played on sites like Click Games, Games 360 and Friv, not to mention the games on Facebook. And of course, I played a lot on my cell phone too. After I became an adult I managed to acquire my first own consoles, being the Xbox 360 and the One, on which I had the opportunity to play Life is Strange, State of Decay, Tomb Raider, Forza Horizon and Overcooked, which made me fall in love even more so in this universe. I currently have my PC, which is not a gamer, but allows me to try games like my favorite Stardew Valley, Euro Truck Simulator 2, V Rising, Graveyard Keeper, This War of Mine, Tell me Why and several others. Because of my studies I don't have as much time available, but I play whenever I can. How did I start in the world of streams?  Like many, my mental health was affected during the pandemic due to social isolation, and interaction in live streams became my main form of contact with other people. The lives gave me an escape from all the fear and insecurity that this moment was causing, guaranteeing a little fun, entertainment and company. I've always liked playing games, but I found the possibility of being able to play and chat at the same time incredible, and with that in mind I decided to start doing lives. Thanks to the friendships I made on Twitch, I had support from the beginning, and I'm proud to be able to say that I'm part of an incredible community! I have a passion for doing lives, but it is very difficult to make money doing this. Because I decided to focus on my studies, I had to go back to live with my mother at the beginning of this year and since then I haven't been able to do live shows, both because I didn't have any encouragement from my family and because I didn't have a conducive environment for it here. What is my objective? Given the difficulty of being able to support myself just by doing lives, I always thought of it as a hobby, the money earned would be used to maintain the streams, in things like better equipment, interactive programs, prizes, etc. And I would have a main job, thanks to college, that would support me. However, the fact that I consider it a hobby doesn't mean that I don't take it seriously. Even though I had to stop for an indefinite period of time, I continue to nurture all the plans and objectives that I determined while waiting for the day when I will be able to return and put all of this into practice. My goal is to graduate from college and gain space in the world of content creation to spread the gamer and geek world through the internet. I confess that I don't know exactly how to do this yet, but I feel this need to share with others something that has done me so much good. What is my flag? My name is Claudia Sardinha. I have a degree in Social Communication (Advertising) from Gama Filho, a degree in Computer Networks from Senac, and a postgraduate degree in Business Communication. I'm a born nerd/geek. I started playing video games, and at the age of three, in 1981, I already had a Dactar (a generic Atari). Throughout my childhood, I owned several video games (Dinavision II and III, Super Nintendo). Thanks to my father, I also had exposure to computers from an early age. At the age of eight, in 1986, he brought home an Apple II, my first experience with a personal computer and my beloved Karateka, lol. Soon followed an MSX, a PC 386, a PC 486, a Pentium 133MHz, a K6, an Athlon, a Dual Core, a wonderful i7 with 16GB of RAM (I love to brag about that... hahahaha) until my current gaming PC. But for some not-so-bizarre reason (a glitch in the Matrix, perhaps?), I ended up majoring in advertising and marketing first...lol. A career I pursued for 10 years, until I realized that IT was truly my place...after all, I'm a geek, right? Hehe. Inside my backpack, there will always be a book or comic to read. A cell phone and portable charger are indispensable; after all, how am I supposed to hunt Pokémon without a battery? I can't go a day without watching a series. I love playing video games and am addicted to Resident Evil (and never say it's a zombie game). I love reading fantasy or horror books on long bus rides through Rio de Janeiro's traffic jams. I've provided content for portals like Tech Tudo (from Globo.com), Olhar Digital, and Papo Aleatório. Today, I'm an IT and digital marketing consultant, as well as active at the SeJoga board gamer event. That's me. And above all, I'm passionate about FPS. I played CSGO for the first time in 2012, and I already knew the MIBR organization and I watched all the CS streams, championships and everything. I started playing a lot, and I was very interested in playing professionally. In 2019 I joined a team in my city (Curitiba) to play Valorant professionally, and it was a dream come true, I worked for a long time to buy my first gaming PC and start streaming. And I still love playing and playing, it is certainly one of the passions of my life along with Medicine. And everyone asks me "is it possible to study medicine and still be a gamer?" Yes, it is possible and I am living proof of that. The passion will always be in me, but obviously it all depends on how you plan things and your time. I usually wake up very early, I study, I do everything I need to do, (here most of the time you study more at home than at college, so the time here is more flexible) When it's afternoon/night I have everything finished, and of course that life isn't just about studying, right? Important for having balanced mental health is also having our own leisure time. So, normally I play, especially on the weekends. But never stopping focusing on my medicine. My name is Brenda Ordonhes and my nickname/artistic name is askite! I'm 21 years old and I've always been considered “very good at attitude”, even though most of my life I've been shy. I always really liked the creative side of the world, and very easily come up with quick ideas for a beginning, middle and end, at the age of 17 I was chosen to create and manage around twenty ADOLESCENTS, for the development of the scenario of a cultural theater piece that came out in the city newspaper, while I was graduating from the high school and technical school I was doing. Over time I learned to be more communicative and now I talk every minute. I started college, passed the public exam and it's... a perfect life for a normal person... but I wasn't satisfied with so many frantic ideas, my mind yearned for more creation and more emotion. I studied photography, drawing and video editing as a child, until then I started posting videos and the reach was much greater than I expected. The subject? well... games Due to the INFLUENCE of my parents who also play, videos of our daily lives were well accepted by the gaming community. And... then my eyes opened... I could get to where my father dreamed of being for many years: FPS Championships (First-Person Shooters). He dedicated himself hours and hours a day for decades, however, after a complication, he lost much of the mobility in his arms and became discouraged in following his dream. He may not have gotten to where he wanted to be, but he is my biggest inspiration. Purpose: I want people to have more access to all the emotions that the gaming world provides, I want to inspire people not to give up on their dreams, to show that games are not a waste of time but rather another incredible and very well-rooted world.
