Hello reader, My name is Hannah. And no, it's not Montana (as much as I wish it were, it would be amazing). I'm currently 27 years old, and I think I've been a Designer for about 8 years?! Something like that (it's been so long). I think being a Designer is an essential part of my personality, this appreciation for art, for wanting to enchant people with it, and for wanting to help everyone all the time... Whether they're helping to develop a championship for Valorant tier 3, or even helping to rescue and promote abandoned kittens (yes! It's a childhood passion that's been passed down through generations (my father was a cartoonist at the beginning of his career, and my mother, a fashion designer). And today (or a few good years ago), in my career, I rediscovered my passion for games too. I was always the kid who played Resident Evil, God of War, or some other really silly zombie game, offline, at most with my cousins for company. Today my passion has expanded online, with Valorant championships, which I love to watch. With Roblox, Brawl Stars and SQUAD BUSTERS (my favorite, too bad there's no competitive one yet). I think there's nothing more creative and satisfying than developing art thinking about players you admire, games you love, and having the possibility to let your creativity go further. I'm 24 years old and I'm studying the 4th semester of Design at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. I've always really liked games since I was little, influenced by my father who plays games to this day (63 years old) and during the pandemic I delved deeper into the world of PC games, especially VALORANT, which was my first FPS game. I started watching many other games from then on and wanted to know more about the scene. Today I can say that it would definitely be an area in which I would like to work even more if it were in some part of creation. I am a person who works well in a team, receptive to feedback and proactive. I feel that there is still a lack of female representation in the world of games/e-sports and I am very happy with this opportunity.

Hello! My name is Lorena, I'm 30 years old, I have a degree in Advertising from Anhanguera College, and I live in Londrina, Paraná. My gaming career began in 2020 at LOUD as a Content Assistant, reviewing and publishing influencer videos on YouTube, ensuring quality editing, daily posting, and content consistency. I then worked at marketing agencies, managing social media for clients across various industries and writing for blogs and newsletters. This experience gave me a great foundation in editorial content production and sparked my interest in delving deeper into this field. In 2023, I joined a game development company as a Social Media & Community Manager for a mobile game, creating content for social media and managing the Discord community. I was responsible for communication strategies and produced texts for posts, websites, press releases, game guides, development diaries, and announcements on official channels. In my most recent experience, at Tapps Games, I was responsible for optimization strategies for gaming apps, creating text for in-app events, push notifications, and app descriptions. This role taught me a lot about producing quality texts focused on engagement and conversion, as well as adapting the tone of voice for different audiences. In my spare time, I'm a streamer and content creator on Twitch. This is a hobby I've been practicing for about two years, and since then, I've been cultivating my own community with great dedication and love for what I do. I see it as a way to express myself creatively, as well as serving as an outlet for the stress of being a neurodivergent woman constantly battling ADHD. Despite the challenges, I don't let them define me. I keep fighting and know I'll still find my place in the job market. Besides gaming, I also care for a very friendly dog named Atena. She brightens my days and is my emotional support during the most difficult times. It's funny how she just exists without the slightest idea that, often, she does much more for me than I do for her... I don't know if this "About Me" should be so long, but this is my story, and for me, it's important that it be told in a way that no AI could (laughs).
