I also worked at Izanagi Esports in 2024, where I managed the men's lineup that won the in-person final of the Liga GG CELOL Série A 2024 Split 1 in São Paulo and the inclusive lineup that reached all three playoffs of the 2024 Ignis Cup. During these experiences, I was responsible for organizing training routines, logistics, the competitive calendar, conflict mediation, emotional support, and performance monitoring in scrims, soloQ, and championships. I implemented periodic reports, post-game forms, one-on-one meetings, and coordinated work with technical and external staff. I'm the founder and COO of Aurora Hub, where I lead the organization of tournaments and initiatives geared toward women and non-binary people in the LOL scene. I structure the competitive calendar, coordinate the internal team, create partnerships, and manage all aspects of the project with a focus on development, inclusion, and high-level competition. In March 2025, with support from Riot Games, we organized the Aurora Cup, a tournament with over 30 hours of live streaming. I directly coordinated the community, league ops, and broadcast teams, ensuring the delivery of a stable, well-produced, and competitive championship from start to finish.
