Lui Fonseca

Account Manager

  • • White
  • SAO PAULO-SP

I am a trans, non-binary person, who works with account management (especially accounts that are not endemic to the gamer market and who want to connect with this market) with a focus on social content, both on the client's networks and using influencers and their networks , but also working on general account management, organizing campaigns, new opportunities, etc. I've worked with large clients who were involved in the gamer market, such as Google, YouTube, Submarine, Oboticário. Always working on how to best work on the relationship between these brands and the public and also managing launch campaigns and/or reinforcing their presence on the scene. I believe it is essential to always work with customers with a view to bringing more diversity in a natural way and showing that that brand does not want to appropriate any conversation but is involved in it since it is a conversation of social importance.

Hello, nice to meet you, I'm Ana Carolina, I'm 29 years old and I'm from São Paulo! I graduated in Events in 2018, but I never worked in the area due to lack of opportunities. In the middle of the pandemic, I bought my setup and since Valorant was released, I've been doing lives on Twitch. I stopped for a few months in 2022 because I went on an exchange program to San Diego, California to study English and today it's intermediate level! However, when I came back from the trip, I definitely stopped doing lives because my video card stopped working, so I spent another year and a half without streaming until my friend gave me his card that was stopped and I ended up going back to live about 2 weeks ago. I'm FA as a streamer, so if you're interested, just get in touch! I'm also currently studying photography and I'm looking for work in the area, either as a photographer or assistant.

Community Manager

  • Ribeirão Preto/SP

This is me, curious by nature, a collector of experiences and passionate about games! Since I was little, I have always sought to know more about everything, including myself. Of course, the desire for knowledge ended up confusing me several times about the paths I would take in my life in the future, from thinking about being an astronaut, a psychologist, a firefighter and even a chef. I'm still trying to find the ideal profession for me! Life in esports: I sought out my space in several competitive games, but I had my roots in League of Legends, where I was a professional player, participated in a women's global competition and had a great ranking. All of these were signs that this was what I wanted for my life: Working with esport, helping the female scene, and being able to give a voice to women, especially those like me: Trans women.

Hello, my name is Nayara or just Dornelas. I have a degree in Advertising from Estácio de Sá, I currently work as an SM/CM and as a designer. I have been looking for an opportunity in esports, I have experience with teams and championship coverage. I founded a project to include and give visibility to women in esports called You Go Girls, a website where in addition to news about games, we also provide spaces to talk and show women who fight so hard to conquer their space, where the entire team was 100% female , we created a safe and welcoming environment, with lectures and workshops for the evolution of each of them, in which I am responsible for managing the content team, that is, I was directly dealing with the girls who wrote for the website, helping with the choice of agenda and how to produce in the best way, but I also participated a little in everything, since at the beginning there were few people, then with the digital media teams, designer, etc. And finally, today I also work as a caster, mainly for Valorant, where I comment on amateur and semi-professional championships. In addition to producing my own content about Vavazin and games on my social networks. Looking at it like this, it may seem like a lot, but the truth is that in addition to my passion for games/esports, I have the goal of helping women and helping the scene grow in a safe way for everyone.

That same year, I graduated from the Radialista (Television Show Presenter) course at Senac. In 2022 I did my first job as a Free Fire commentator and then I started to dedicate myself more to Valorant. At the request of the championships themselves (Girl Pwr from Gaming Culture and Protocol Geneses from GamersClub) I also started as a narrator, and so I never stopped working. After the move, I was called to the Riot studios for all inclusive in-person events including worlds. In the mixed championships, highlight for the Elite Cup face-to-face and the official opening of the VCT Masters Copenhagen as narrator. At the end of 2022 I had the opportunity to be invited to the Esports Brasil Award as a SuperJury in the category of best female athlete in Valorant. For the year 2023, I plan to continue narrating and commentary on Valorant and expanding into other games. I'm interested in Overwatch, Fortnite and CS, but I'm open to other proposals.

Laura Candida

Team Manager

  • • brown
  • Belo Horizonte/MG

I'm 24 years old and have over 6 years of experience in the esports scene. I started my journey as a streamer and later pursued a career as a pro player in Wild Rift. I've always fought hard for my place as a woman in the scene, being part of the first all-female Wild Rift team. Back then, there wasn't a structured scene, but we never let that get us down. I personally registered our team for every possible championship and organized the scrims. We always fought for our space, even without any support. Our motto was "us for us," because we always believed in our dream, even when we had to walk alone. Over time, our efforts began to pay off. The inclusive scene started to grow, and it was at that moment that we stood out, winning our first organization, Flamengo eSports. During this period, we were champions 14 times, and I had the honor of receiving the Best Female Athlete of 2022 award, in addition to being nominated for the eSports Brazil Award in the Breakthrough Athlete category. I have always been a dedicated and committed professional in everything I set out to do. After the end of the Wild Rift competitive scene, I worked in HR and People Management at an engineering company, where my responsibilities included recruiting professionals, managing teams, and maintaining good relationships on construction sites. It was during this period that I realized how much I enjoy understanding people, solving problems, and motivating teams, helping them overcome challenges that impact their professional development. That's when I asked myself why not be an eSports Manager. I love the world of gaming and have been on the other side, as a player, which makes me understand exactly what I expect from a manager. As a player, I have always valued a proactive manager, capable of identifying the team's strengths and weaknesses and working with them, contributing to the group to achieve the ultimate goal: victory. During my time with XIS GG, in the last and most important championship of my career, I had a difficult experience. My team was completely sabotaged by the coaches and, even trying to talk, we didn't receive the necessary support from our manager. The result was a frustrated and emotionally shaken team, culminating in a defeat that I still carry with me today as a lesson about the importance of good management. Today I can say that I have been on both the player's and the organization's side, and this puts me in a very comfortable and confident position to perform this role. I am happy to be able to share a little of my journey and to have the opportunity to return to the eSports scene, now with a new purpose: to help teams and players achieve their best performance.
