I implemented regular reports, post-game forms, 1:1 meetings, and coordinated work with technical and external staff. I am the founder and COO of Aurora Hub, where I lead the organization of tournaments and initiatives focused on women and non-binary people in the LOL scene. I structure the competitive calendar, coordinate the internal team, create partnerships, and manage all aspects of the project with a focus on development, inclusion, and high-level competition. In March 2025, with support from Riot Games, we organized the Aurora Cup, a tournament with over 30 hours of live streaming. Hello, my name is Barbara Câmara (she/her), I'm 30 years old and from São Paulo. I've been working with illustration since I was 15, as well as design and tattooing, which form my professional triforce 🙂 In 2015 I had the opportunity to work as a Junior Art Director at a game developer in São Paulo and since then I've always been connected, whether as a freelancer or participating in Game Jams (in fact, with 1st place in Game Jam Plus at Geek SP Week 2023). Since 2020 I also started making comic strips that tell a little about personal and common sense issues, almost always trying to use a fun and light tone. And I launched my first book with a collection of this work at CCXP 22. Hello reader, My name is Hannah. And no, it's not Montana (as much as I wish it were, it would be amazing). I'm currently 27 years old, and I think I've been a Designer for about 8 years?! Something like that (it's been so long). I think being a Designer is an essential part of my personality, this appreciation for art, for wanting to enchant people with it, and for wanting to help everyone all the time... I think it's no wonder I'm always swamped with volunteer projects lol. Whether they're helping to develop a championship for Valorant tier 3, or even helping to rescue and promote abandoned kittens (yes! To learn more about the project, go to @turmadogatil on Instagram). But I'm also a keen reader of fiction and romance, I love a good autobiography. And I love to draw! It's a childhood passion that's been passed down through generations (my father was a cartoonist at the beginning of his career, and my mother, a fashion designer). And today (or a few good years ago), in my career, I rediscovered my passion for games too. I was always the kid who played Resident Evil, God of War, or some other really silly zombie game, offline, at most with my cousins for company. Today my passion has expanded online, with Valorant championships, which I love to watch. With Roblox, Brawl Stars and SQUAD BUSTERS (my favorite, too bad there's no competitive one yet). I think there's nothing more creative and satisfying than developing art thinking about players you admire, games you love, and having the possibility to let your creativity go further. For every little bit of the things I love, I found a way to learn and develop myself as a Designer, and that's how I want to stay.

Hello how are you? I'm Mariana, I'm 29 years old and I've lived in São Paulo almost my entire life. Passionate about news, technology and (mainly) people, today I see my life as an eternal search for butterflies in my stomach. I faced challenges that ranged from changing cities (I've lived in a few) and countries to even career reinventions that made me discover my true passion: new things. Today, after almost 2 years working in a field completely different from what I was used to, I'm looking for my next challenge. I am a very “untwisted” woman. My mother says that if they leave me in a room with 20 strangers, within an hour I will have 20 new friends. And this adoration for people made me delve a lot into the world of social media, influencers, livestreams and online content (after all, 3 years of pandemic transformed everything, right?)... and I hope to continue thriving in this area! My experiences are varied. I worked at an agency (online and offline), I was a team manager, project manager, talent manager, community manager, social media supervisor… Always taking on new challenges and figuring out how to deliver what I needed. I write this letter hoping that it will give you a taste of who I am. I speak well and I also talk a lot… I love designing ideas and making them come true. My name is Anna, I'm 32 years old, I live in São Paulo, and I've been working in gaming and esports journalism (and other projects) since 2014. Over the years, in addition to my experience as a writer, I've also worked as a social media and esports caster, and in 2022, I started working on the other side of the press, as a PR professional. Previously just a hobby, I began my career at "jornagames" as a writer for GameBlast (and its other sites, NintendoBlast and, at the time, PlayStationBlast and XboxBlast) after discovering the site at its in-person Pokémon championships. Representing Blast, I covered online and in-person events like Brasil Game Show and E3, game launches, daily gaming news, reviews, and all kinds of content, including weekly Pokémon livestreams. A few months later, I started writing for Nintendo World, chronicling the Big N's history in Brazil in both monthly editions and special guides. With the magazine's closure in 2017, the editorial team began contributing to NVerse magazine, an independent project with a similar focus to NW. During this time, I also wrote for other online projects, such as the website Indie On, Switch Brasil (currently Universo Nintendo), VALORANT Zone, and worked as a translator at Keywords Studios on projects for Riot Games. As an esports enthusiast, I also worked as a social media consultant for several professional organizations, notably Vorax, with teams in League of Legends and VALORANT, and Tropicaos, with their Free Fire teams. Still in esports, I've been working as a caster for Pokémon Unite, an arena game resulting from the partnership between TiMi Studios and the Pokémon Company. In 2022, I started working as a customer service representative for Tencent Games and LEGO at Golin Brasil, a PR agency. With Tencent Games, we've created ads and projects focused on titles such as SYNCED, NBA Infinite, Tarisland, GYLT, Nightingale, and others.
