In this second edition, the WIBR Summit brought together two universes that have more in common than many imagine: traditional and electronic sports. After all, behind every great play — whether on the field or on the servers — there are managers, communicators, coaches, investors and professionals who support this entire ecosystem. And they deserve all the spotlight.
With panels, conversations and exchanges between women who work on and off the screen, the WIBR Summit provided a behind-the-scenes look at the competition. The idea? To create space for real trajectories, discuss possible paths and increase the female presence in sports and gaming.

Panels
Behind every great athlete and every match played, there is a huge ecosystem that makes the sports scene possible, whether electronic or traditional. Professionals, families, organizations and sponsoring brands play an essential role in ensuring structure, support and innovation. This panel explores how this network strengthens the competitive landscape and drives new opportunities inside and outside the game.
The digital era has brought profound transformations to sports and entertainment, making them more interconnected than ever. Athletes can expand their careers through streaming, social media, and new forms of engagement. This panel explores how the digital universe strengthens professional trajectories, generates new monetization opportunities, and expands players' influence in the competitive ecosystem.
An athlete's career in esports is intense and often short-lived. But the end of competitive life does not mean the end of opportunities in the sector. Many former players find new paths as coaches, managers, analysts, casters and entrepreneurs. This panel presents inspiring trajectories of those who managed to reinvent their careers, showing that the skills acquired in competitive play can open doors to many areas.
THEY
THEY ARE
NO GAME

WIBR is an initiative that strengthens the female presence in the gaming universe. A space created to expand access, promote connections and give visibility to those who are building a career in the gaming and e-sports sector.
With a focus on inclusion, safety and professionalization, we bring together women and people who identify with the female gender to exchange experiences, access opportunities and occupy their space — inside and outside the server.
