Social Executive, graduated in Psychology from Universidade Federal Fluminense, with an exchange at Université Paris X, MBA in Project Management and postgraduate degree in Social Responsibility, Human Rights and Citizenship. I started my career in the third sector 16 years ago, where I have worked on culture, education, health, human rights and technology projects; planning, managing processes, leading and developing people. Since 2019, I have been working in the games industry with the challenge of bringing more diversity and inclusion to the scene. Now in 2024 I launched DiversiGames, a Hub that crosses ESG and GAMES, with interventions that generate a positive impact for minority groups within the billion-dollar gaming industry.

She works as a psychologist for Sport Clube Corinthians Paulista and the e-Sports teams MIBR (CS-GO) and Liberty (CBLOL). With a specialization in Sports Psychology from CFP and training in Leadership from MIT, she is the founder of Humans 4.0 and a Leadership professor at the ESPM MBA for 9 years.

Andreza Delgado is co-creator of PerifaCon, the first nerd convention in the favelas, and creator of Portal PerifaCon, a website focused on pop culture. Takes on the creative direction of Irmãos Delgado, a creative hub that creates communication and coverage strategies for shows and festivals. It also produces the Copa das Favelas, awarded in 2021 as the best social geek project. Another eSport event created by her is Game Perifa, aimed at the periphery. She works as a curator and was awarded an award for the campaign in which she participated: “Vivo: Fábulas da Conexão”. In 2023, she joined the BBC's list of 100 inspiring women. Presenter, Youtuber and Podcaster, she produces the podcast Nunca a Braba, talks about the importance of democratizing geek culture on the outskirts, in addition to pop culture in general, highlighting black artists.

Denise has a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and training in Perfumery. He began his career at Natura in 1997 as a Trainee. Having worked in the Human Resources area of the commercial area, his career was mainly in Marketing. In 2012, she assumed the global directorship of Perfumery and Gifts Marketing, and in 2022 she takes on her current challenge as director of Communication and Marketing at Natura Brasil.
