In this second edition, the WIBR Summit brings together two universes that have much more in common than one might imagine: esports and traditional sports. Because behind every great move, there are managers, communicators, coaches, investors and professionals who support this entire ecosystem — and they deserve all the spotlight.

With panels, conversations and exchanges between women who work on and off screen, the WIBR Summit offers a behind-the-scenes look at the competition. The idea is to open up space for real career paths, discuss possible paths and increase female participation in this sector.

I STOPPED COMPETING, WHAT NOW?

An athlete's career in esports is intense and often short-lived. But the end of competitive life does not mean the end of opportunities in the sector.
