- Sao Paulo-SP
I was born and raised in São Paulo - SP, and I am currently a Business Administration student at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. I'm determined to turn my passion for video games into a solid career. I want to learn about the nuances of the gaming audience, the preferences of e-sports fans and best practices for online engagement; creating advertising campaigns, planning events and developing strategic partnerships; preparation of spreadsheets for the company's internal organization. I know that the video game industry continues to grow, especially in the competitive area, consequently brands like MIBR are increasingly interested in engaging with the gaming public. and I am willing to help with professional growth and especially with the company's growth. I have always been (am) an extremely creative person and passionate about electronic games. Since I was a child, I've shared this passion for video games, due to my father's routine of bringing friends home to play, so my first interaction with this digital world was with the PlayStation 1, and since then I've never stopped, and found myself in the world of games. After entering business school I found a fascination with the way games were marketed and how brands were involved in this universe. This passion for games, international competitions and marketing led me to become interested in the e-sports area. I follow influencers in the segment and personalities from the gaming world on different streaming platforms (Twitch and YouTube, etc.) to further increase my knowledge of the area and understand a little more about the visibility of brands, which nowadays have become essential for broadcasting. of matches and for the construction of a united and mainly engaged community.

- São Gonçalo/RJ
My name is Vodan Oliveira, I'm a non-binary person from São Gonçalo, RJ I started to have more contact with content production within the games and esports scene during 2020 with the pandemic. Firstly as a moderator on some streams on twitch and as a Social Media on @aligadasgarotas In 2021 I had the opportunity to get a better computer, and with that I started my own journey as a streamer, I make gameplays of varied games, mainly narrative and indies. But LOL, VALORANT and LoR always appear there. One of the biggest focuses is interactivity and setting up a quiet place for chat. In my lives one of the most important projects was the Proud Gaming, bringing LGBTQIAP+ people to talk about their journeys in gaming and esports while raising funds for CasaNem. This first edition featured Tiani and Fernanda, developers of UNSIGHTED, Barbara Gutierrez, Sher Machado, and Jessy Macedo. Starting in 2022, I began my career as a caster, narrating League of Legends and Wild Rift, as well as commentating on VALORANT, League of Legends, and Legends of Runeterra. After 2023, I reconnected with moderation and worked with Riot NA, Riot Global, Raidiant, and Blizzard, moderating Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok broadcasts of various esports championships. Additionally, I have also had journalistic work and press conferences published in ReveLAH News
