THE WIBR LEAGUE | HERE YOUR TALENT TAKES STAGE AND CONQUERS THE GAME
The League was created to provide a space, voice, and support for those who love playing and want to transform their passion into a future.
The project connects streamers registered on the WIBR Talent Board with a unique opportunity: working with the MIBR team and delivering projects to Natura. With exclusive structure, development, and experiences, the initiative strengthens female voices and paves the way for new career achievements.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
During 2 MONTHS, 8 selected streamers will have access to a unique acceleration experience that combines learning, practice, and real exposure in the gaming scene. Participants will:
Produce content on Twitch with official materials and activations connected to Natura's campaign calendar
Participate in exclusive mentoring and workshops, designed for strengthen your identity and professionalization as a streamer
To win increased visibility, working side by side with MIBR influencers and making deliveries for one of the biggest cosmetics brands in Brazil
Each selected participant will sign a service provision contract with WIBR/MIBR, ensuring clarity and security at every stage. The contract is specific to this project, with no employment relationship, and will be executed according to each participant's individual scope of delivery.
Who can participate?
- Women or non-binary people, over 18 years old
- Registered in Talent Wall WIBR
- Be active on Twitch within the gaming and/or esports themes
- Have between 5k and 50k followers, with an engaged community
- Have language and conduct aligned with WIBR and Natura's values of inclusion, respect and representation

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
Fill in the official form of the program and send a video pitch of up to 2 minutes, telling who you are, your journey as a streamer and why you deserve to be part of the WIBR League.
