I have more than 20 years of experience in Communications. My career began as a Digital Designer, later transitioning to the areas of Project, Operations and Product management. Today, I combine the best of both worlds, thinking about innovative operations and work formats. Throughout this journey, I had the privilege of meeting exceptional people and working for companies and agencies of different sizes, where I developed my skills in a systemic and comprehensive way. I had the opportunity to work on projects and develop award-winning campaigns, as well as products for renowned clients, such as Bradesco, Nextel, Bayer, Novo Nordisk, Disney, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Honda and Heineken. Being the link between people, creativity and technology to make relevant deliveries to the world is the essence of my work, which is why I am constantly updating. Passionate about delving deeper into themes and humanities in general, empathy is my ally, allowing me to go further and understand people's true needs. I am recognized for my creativity, complex problem solving and team leadership, always with a touch of flexibility and ability to make connections, find meaning and possible paths. In addition to being professional, I am an enthusiast of the nerd universe, from RPGs to anime. As a former gamer, I have faced many virtual challenges, but today my biggest adventure is being a mother to Arthur (20 years old), Victor (15 years old) and Helena (5 years old).

I've been crazy about the games industry since I was a child and it was really young that I realized that my interest wasn't just in terms of fun, I knew it could become a profession one day. I've been living in Portugal since 2019, but I've been in the technology industry for 7 years and I've worked so much in Support, Customer Success and Marketing in companies with international operations. In these experiences I had the opportunity to manage people and projects. I feel very inspired by music, art, events, games, friends and also my family. I love competitive games and I find it easy to start conversations and make new friends. Ah, I also love communicating using gifs, because there is no expression in the world that a gif cannot translate from a distance!

I'm known as Chun. I started in 2020 as an official Overwatch commentator and made the final of both the Brazilian and international championships (Overwatch League). I migrated to Valorant in 2021 and my main jobs were all editions of the Rakin Cup that year as a commentator, including the first edition with an in-person final. That same year, I graduated from the Radialista (Television Show Presenter) course at Senac. In 2022 I did my first job as a Free Fire commentator and then I started to dedicate myself more to Valorant. At the request of the championships themselves (Girl Pwr from Gaming Culture and Protocol Geneses from GamersClub) I also started as a narrator, and so I never stopped working. After the move, I was called to the Riot studios for all inclusive in-person events including worlds. In the mixed championships, highlight for the Elite Cup face-to-face and the official opening of the VCT Masters Copenhagen as narrator. At the end of 2022 I had the opportunity to be invited to the Esports Brasil Award as a SuperJury in the category of best female athlete in Valorant. For the year 2023, I plan to continue narrating and commentary on Valorant and expanding into other games. I'm interested in Overwatch, Fortnite and CS, but I'm open to other proposals.

Hi, my name is Helen Cerqueira, better known as Yariax. My journey began on the colorful streets of Salvador, Bahia, where I was born, raised and still live (for now). At 21 years old and passionate about creativity, I am currently studying Advertising and Propaganda to further specialize in the gaming scene. For me, being an influencer is not just about playing and streaming, but also about building meaningful connections. Through the screens, I have built a welcoming community where everyone shares laughs, emotional moments and, of course, some epic fails. Every interaction reminds me of why I started this journey: to bring people together through something we are passionate about.

Hi, I'm Thayse! That name (although true, I swear) sounds so strange to me to read, after all, for years I've been called Haruzi. Not the first of many nicknames used all these years in online games, but it is certainly the most enduring one.... amen! I come from a family of online game addicts, having grown up within the MMORPG environment (especially the most popular ones at the time, such as World of Warcraft, Tibia, Priston Tale, Grand Chase and several other titles). Despite having participated in the MMORPG niche for many years (including currently, with MIR4), it was in the Battle Royale and Survival Games categories that I acted most actively. Through my passion for the game H1Z1 (released by Sony in 2015 and later bought by Daybreak Games, owner of games like EverQuest), I started doing small jobs involving the development of a community. For 3 years, I voluntarily translated, edited, compiled feedback and served as a bridge between the Brazilian H1Z1 community (between 5-10 thousand players) and the developers. Although it wasn't paid work, maybe that fact made it all the more rewarding, after all, it was an involvement driven by a lot of love for the work. Maybe it's a bit cliché to describe it that way, but the greater my love for the game, the greater my need to make it fun for everyone, after all, it's nice to know when lots of other people feel the same way as you, right? And the H1Z1 - in its three years - guaranteed me many doors (like the experience of having gone to South Korea to study!), or that of constantly practicing my English to the point of feeling confident and having greater knowledge of technical terms from area. In those years, I got involved with some communities and some temporary jobs involving testing and feedback, but nothing formal or constant (unfortunately). As much as my area of academic training is considerably far from what is usually requested (seriously Thayse, History...?), it saddens me to know that my training and volunteer experience cannot be considered. I I want communicate with people, I want being within a community (aware of pros and cons), I want find a space within the area that I dedicated my life to for so many years, without ever asking for anything in return. Perhaps this text is too long. Vents are not very attractive, correct? But that's okay, I just want to live my life without regretting not even trying. Thanks in advance for reading! <3

Hi, I'm Nadia! I'm 26 years old and I graduated in Chemical Engineering from UNISO (University of Sorocaba), but I wasn't in that area. I was a civil servant for 5 years working as an HR/DP Assistant, which led me to complete my MBA in Strategic People Management at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, after which I migrated to a private company to work as an HR Analyst. The passion for games, especially FPS has always been part of me, the obligations I had at the time took me away from the path I always dreamed of, but today I understand the importance of working with what you love and decided it was time to play! After getting to know Valorant, there is nothing in the world that would make me happier than working in this area, adding to the lives and careers of the people who make this game so magical and this opportunity arose here. I am very communicative, I like to work in a team because I believe that any result can be achieved with more than one vision on the subject, I know that competition is a fact in any corporate universe, but I prefer to see everyone as companions, because they always add me in something! Thank you Wibr for the opportunity to help women like me to have opportunity in a world that I previously thought was so inaccessible. You allowed me to dream again. I'm looking from Auxiliary to Full, I believe that growing within the company is as important as the best placement within the area.
