Hello how are you? I'm Mariana, I'm 29 years old and I've lived in São Paulo almost my entire life. Passionate about news, technology and (mainly) people, today I see my life as an eternal search for butterflies in my stomach. I faced challenges that ranged from changing cities (I've lived in a few) and countries to even career reinventions that made me discover my true passion: new things. Today, after almost 2 years working in a field completely different from what I was used to, I'm looking for my next challenge. I am a very “untwisted” woman. My mother says that if they leave me in a room with 20 strangers, within an hour I will have 20 new friends. And this adoration for people made me delve a lot into the world of social media, influencers, livestreams and online content (after all, 3 years of pandemic transformed everything, right?)... and I hope to continue thriving in this area! My experiences are varied. I worked at an agency (online and offline), I was a team manager, project manager, talent manager, community manager, social media supervisor… Always taking on new challenges and figuring out how to deliver what I needed. I write this letter hoping that it will give you a taste of who I am. I speak well and I also talk a lot… I love designing ideas and making them come true. Campaigns, projects, partnerships… I love everything that brings people together and makes us think beyond the basics. I hope I can get to know you better soon. A hug.

Hello, my name is Barbara Câmara (she/her), I'm 30 years old and from São Paulo. I've been working with illustration since I was 15, as well as design and tattooing, which form my professional triforce 🙂 In 2015 I had the opportunity to work as a Junior Art Director at a game developer in São Paulo and since then I've always been connected, whether as a freelancer or participating in Game Jams (in fact, with 1st place in Game Jam Plus at Geek SP Week 2023). Since 2020 I also started making comic strips that tell a little about personal and common sense issues, almost always trying to use a fun and light tone. And I launched my first book with a collection of this work at CCXP 22. I love making illustrations that can become prints and whenever I can, I work with fanart to pay homage to series, films, comics, music and everything in the artistic world that I can identify with. . I love the children's illustration style and I love drawing cute things with vibrant or pastel colors. 🙂 My biggest references are Disney/Pixar artists and independent artists who follow other similar styles and with a lot of exploration of different materials. Favorite games: Stardew Valley, Don't Starve Together and some PS1 classics that I keep replaying like Pac-man, Tarzan, Jackie Chan and Crash Bandicoot. I also love playing casual games that I always install and uninstall from Google Play lol

I am a creator of visual stories, committed to transforming ideas into experiences that make people really pay attention. With a degree in Advertising from Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from FIA Business School, I like to take everything I have learned and apply it to projects that make a difference. At FIA, as a Marketing Analyst, I am always involved in web, design and SEO projects. Tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, WordPress and Elementor are second nature to me, and I have a good command of HTML and CSS. My focus is on creating landing pages that convert, marketing emails that truly engage and posts that increase reach on social media. My journey began as a Young Marketing Apprentice, and I am always looking to evolve. I am currently dedicating myself to English to further expand my communication possibilities. If you are looking for someone who likes to create authentic connections and wants to do something amazing, let's talk!

I define myself as a responsible, engaged person who values quality. I am prone to leadership, I have good didactics and communication, I like to work in a team and learn new skills. In addition, I am passionate about the world of technology and games, in addition to identifying myself working with management and people. I also have an ultimate dream of being able to dedicate myself completely to games, whether as a proplayer or working in administration, project management, Scrum Master, PO or another. My first competitive game was League of Legends, which I dedicated myself to for many years in order to break into the professional competitive scene. I played for mixed and female T3 and spent 1 year playing for the university scene and about 8 months working in Digital Marketing for an Organization in Sorocaba which I participated in the foundation (Rise Gaming). During that time, I migrated to Valorant and completely fell in love with the game. I've been dedicating myself intensely to improving my gameplay and learning more about the scenario and I already consider myself victorious, because I'm out of silver and today I'm a diamond, looking for the Immortal <3
