In my spare time, I'm a streamer and content creator on Twitch. This is a hobby I've been practicing for about two years, and since then, I've been cultivating my own community with great dedication and love for what I do. I see it as a way to express myself creatively, as well as serving as an outlet for the stress of being a neurodivergent woman constantly battling ADHD. I also worked at Izanagi Esports in 2024, where I managed the men's lineup that won the in-person final of the Liga GG CELOL Série A 2024 Split 1 in São Paulo and the inclusive lineup that reached all three playoffs of the 2024 Ignis Cup. During these experiences, I was responsible for organizing training routines, logistics, the competitive calendar, conflict mediation, emotional support, and performance monitoring in scrims, soloQ, and championships. I implemented regular reports, post-game forms, 1:1 meetings, and coordinated work with technical and external staff. I am the founder and COO of Aurora Hub, where I lead the organization of tournaments and initiatives focused on women and non-binary people in the LOL scene. I structure the competitive calendar, coordinate the internal team, create partnerships, and manage all aspects of the project with a focus on development, inclusion, and high-level competition. In March 2025, with support from Riot Games, we organized the Aurora Cup, a tournament with over 30 hours of live streaming. I directly coordinated the community, league ops, and broadcast teams, ensuring the delivery of a stable, well-produced, and competitive championship from start to finish.

I migrated to Valorant in 2021 and my main jobs were all editions of the Rakin Cup that year as a commentator, including the first edition with an in-person final. In 2022 I did my first job as a Free Fire commentator and then I started to dedicate myself more to Valorant. After the move, I was called to the Riot studios for all inclusive in-person events including worlds. Hi, I'm Thayse! That name (although true, I swear) sounds so strange to me to read, after all, for years I've been called Haruzi. Not the first of many nicknames used all these years in online games, but it is certainly the most enduring one.... amen! I come from a family of online game addicts, having grown up within the MMORPG environment (especially the most popular ones at the time, such as World of Warcraft, Tibia, Priston Tale, Grand Chase and several other titles). Despite having participated in the MMORPG niche for many years (including currently, with MIR4), it was in the Battle Royale and Survival Games categories that I acted most actively. Through my passion for the game H1Z1 (released by Sony in 2015 and later bought by Daybreak Games, owner of games like EverQuest), I started doing small jobs involving the development of a community. For 3 years, I voluntarily translated, edited, compiled feedback and served as a bridge between the Brazilian H1Z1 community (between 5-10 thousand players) and the developers. Although it wasn't paid work, maybe that fact made it all the more rewarding, after all, it was an involvement driven by a lot of love for the work. Maybe it's a bit cliché to describe it that way, but the greater my love for the game, the greater my need to make it fun for everyone, after all, it's nice to know when lots of other people feel the same way as you, right? And the H1Z1 - in its three years - guaranteed me many doors (like the experience of having gone to South Korea to study!), or that of constantly practicing my English to the point of feeling confident and having greater knowledge of technical terms from area. In those years, I got involved with some communities and some temporary jobs involving testing and feedback, but nothing formal or constant (unfortunately). As much as my area of academic training is considerably far from what is usually requested (seriously Thayse, History...?), it saddens me to know that my training and volunteer experience cannot be considered. I I want communicate with people, I want being within a community (aware of pros and cons), I want find a space within the area that I dedicated my life to for so many years, without ever asking for anything in return. I personally registered our team for every possible championship and organized the scrims. We always fought for our space, even without any support. Our motto was "us for us," because we always believed in our dream, even when we had to walk alone. Over time, our efforts began to pay off. The inclusive scene started to grow, and it was at that moment that we stood out, winning our first organization, Flamengo eSports. During this period, we were champions 14 times, and I had the honor of receiving the Best Female Athlete of 2022 award, in addition to being nominated for the eSports Brazil Award in the Breakthrough Athlete category. I have always been a dedicated and committed professional in everything I set out to do. After the end of the Wild Rift competitive scene, I worked in HR and People Management at an engineering company, where my responsibilities included recruiting professionals, managing teams, and maintaining good relationships on construction sites. It was during this period that I realized how much I enjoy understanding people, solving problems, and motivating teams, helping them overcome challenges that impact their professional development. That's when I asked myself why not be an eSports Manager. I love the world of gaming and have been on the other side, as a player, which makes me understand exactly what I expect from a manager. As a player, I have always valued a proactive manager, capable of identifying the team's strengths and weaknesses and working with them, contributing to the group to achieve the ultimate goal: victory. During my time with XIS GG, in the last and most important championship of my career, I had a difficult experience. My team was completely sabotaged by the coaches and, even trying to talk, we didn't receive the necessary support from our manager. The result was a frustrated and emotionally shaken team, culminating in a defeat that I still carry with me today as a lesson about the importance of good management. Today I can say that I have been on both the player's and the organization's side, and this puts me in a very comfortable and confident position to perform this role. I am happy to be able to share a little of my journey and to have the opportunity to return to the eSports scene, now with a new purpose: to help teams and players achieve their best performance. Who am I?  My name is Maiara, better known on the internet as Maiaraland. I'm 28 years old, single and I live with my mother and my brother in Carapicuíba, metropolitan region of the state of SP, close to the capital. I'm a third semester Digital Media Design student at Fatec Carapicuíba and I'm looking for an internship. How did I get started in the gaming world? My first memory of games is when my younger brother got a PS2, on which we mainly played Guitar Hero and Need for Speed. As a teenager I also played on sites like Click Games, Games 360 and Friv, not to mention the games on Facebook. And of course, I played a lot on my cell phone too. After I became an adult I managed to acquire my first own consoles, being the Xbox 360 and the One, on which I had the opportunity to play Life is Strange, State of Decay, Tomb Raider, Forza Horizon and Overcooked, which made me fall in love even more so in this universe. I currently have my PC, which is not a gamer, but allows me to try games like my favorite Stardew Valley, Euro Truck Simulator 2, V Rising, Graveyard Keeper, This War of Mine, Tell me Why and several others. Because of my studies I don't have as much time available, but I play whenever I can. How did I start in the world of streams?  Like many, my mental health was affected during the pandemic due to social isolation, and interaction in live streams became my main form of contact with other people. The lives gave me an escape from all the fear and insecurity that this moment was causing, guaranteeing a little fun, entertainment and company. I've always liked playing games, but I found the possibility of being able to play and chat at the same time incredible, and with that in mind I decided to start doing lives. Thanks to the friendships I made on Twitch, I had support from the beginning, and I'm proud to be able to say that I'm part of an incredible community! I have a passion for doing lives, but it is very difficult to make money doing this. Because I decided to focus on my studies, I had to go back to live with my mother at the beginning of this year and since then I haven't been able to do live shows, both because I didn't have any encouragement from my family and because I didn't have a conducive environment for it here. What is my objective? Given the difficulty of being able to support myself just by doing lives, I always thought of it as a hobby, the money earned would be used to maintain the streams, in things like better equipment, interactive programs, prizes, etc. And I would have a main job, thanks to college, that would support me. However, the fact that I consider it a hobby doesn't mean that I don't take it seriously. Even though I had to stop for an indefinite period of time, I continue to nurture all the plans and objectives that I determined while waiting for the day when I will be able to return and put all of this into practice. My goal is to graduate from college and gain space in the world of content creation to spread the gamer and geek world through the internet. I confess that I don't know exactly how to do this yet, but I feel this need to share with others something that has done me so much good. What is my flag? As a woman, black, peripheral and LGBTQIA+ I confess that I still don't feel represented in many places, and in the gamer and geek world this is no different, so I decided to raise these flags with the hope of promoting the cause and bringing a little representation.  When I did live shows, I liked to think that my channel was a safe and inclusive space where everyone was welcome regardless of color, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, neurodivergence, etc. It's great when we can be who we really are, and I look for places that support that. My name is Anna, I'm 32 years old, I live in São Paulo, and I've been working in gaming and esports journalism (and other projects) since 2014. Over the years, in addition to my experience as a writer, I've also worked as a social media and esports caster, and in 2022, I started working on the other side of the press, as a PR professional. Previously just a hobby, I began my career at "jornagames" as a writer for GameBlast (and its other sites, NintendoBlast and, at the time, PlayStationBlast and XboxBlast) after discovering the site at its in-person Pokémon championships. Representing Blast, I covered online and in-person events like Brasil Game Show and E3, game launches, daily gaming news, reviews, and all kinds of content, including weekly Pokémon livestreams. With the magazine's closure in 2017, the editorial team began contributing to NVerse magazine, an independent project with a similar focus to NW. During this time, I also wrote for other online projects, such as the website Indie On, Switch Brasil (currently Universo Nintendo), VALORANT Zone, and worked as a translator at Keywords Studios on projects for Riot Games. As an esports enthusiast, I also worked as a social media consultant for several professional organizations, notably Vorax, with teams in League of Legends and VALORANT, and Tropicaos, with their Free Fire teams. Still in esports, I've been working as a caster for Pokémon Unite, an arena game resulting from the partnership between TiMi Studios and the Pokémon Company. In 2022, I started working as a customer service representative for Tencent Games and LEGO at Golin Brasil, a PR agency. With Tencent Games, we've created ads and projects focused on titles such as SYNCED, NBA Infinite, Tarisland, GYLT, Nightingale, and others. In 2024, Tencent Games decided to transfer its entire Brazilian operations to Theogames, a PR agency focused on video games and technology.
