Whether they're helping to develop a championship for Valorant tier 3, or even helping to rescue and promote abandoned kittens (yes! It's a childhood passion that's been passed down through generations (my father was a cartoonist at the beginning of his career, and my mother, a fashion designer). And today (or a few good years ago), in my career, I rediscovered my passion for games too. I was always the kid who played Resident Evil, God of War, or some other really silly zombie game, offline, at most with my cousins for company. Today my passion has expanded online, with Valorant championships, which I love to watch. With Roblox, Brawl Stars and SQUAD BUSTERS (my favorite, too bad there's no competitive one yet). I think there's nothing more creative and satisfying than developing art thinking about players you admire, games you love, and having the possibility to let your creativity go further. For every little bit of the things I love, I found a way to learn and develop myself as a Designer, and that's how I want to stay.

I've always fought hard for my place as a woman in the scene, being part of the first all-female Wild Rift team. Back then, there wasn't a structured scene, but we never let that get us down. I personally registered our team for every possible championship and organized the scrims. We always fought for our space, even without any support. Our motto was "us for us," because we always believed in our dream, even when we had to walk alone. Over time, our efforts began to pay off. The inclusive scene started to grow, and it was at that moment that we stood out, winning our first organization, Flamengo eSports. During this period, we were champions 14 times, and I had the honor of receiving the Best Female Athlete of 2022 award, in addition to being nominated for the eSports Brazil Award in the Breakthrough Athlete category. I have always been a dedicated and committed professional in everything I set out to do. After the end of the Wild Rift competitive scene, I worked in HR and People Management at an engineering company, where my responsibilities included recruiting professionals, managing teams, and maintaining good relationships on construction sites. It was during this period that I realized how much I enjoy understanding people, solving problems, and motivating teams, helping them overcome challenges that impact their professional development. That's when I asked myself why not be an eSports Manager. I love the world of gaming and have been on the other side, as a player, which makes me understand exactly what I expect from a manager. As a player, I have always valued a proactive manager, capable of identifying the team's strengths and weaknesses and working with them, contributing to the group to achieve the ultimate goal: victory. During my time with XIS GG, in the last and most important championship of my career, I had a difficult experience. My team was completely sabotaged by the coaches and, even trying to talk, we didn't receive the necessary support from our manager. The result was a frustrated and emotionally shaken team, culminating in a defeat that I still carry with me today as a lesson about the importance of good management. Today I can say that I have been on both the player's and the organization's side, and this puts me in a very comfortable and confident position to perform this role. I am happy to be able to share a little of my journey and to have the opportunity to return to the eSports scene, now with a new purpose: to help teams and players achieve their best performance. Hi, I'm Thayse! That name (although true, I swear) sounds so strange to me to read, after all, for years I've been called Haruzi. Not the first of many nicknames used all these years in online games, but it is certainly the most enduring one.... amen! I come from a family of online game addicts, having grown up within the MMORPG environment (especially the most popular ones at the time, such as World of Warcraft, Tibia, Priston Tale, Grand Chase and several other titles). Despite having participated in the MMORPG niche for many years (including currently, with MIR4), it was in the Battle Royale and Survival Games categories that I acted most actively. Through my passion for the game H1Z1 (released by Sony in 2015 and later bought by Daybreak Games, owner of games like EverQuest), I started doing small jobs involving the development of a community. For 3 years, I voluntarily translated, edited, compiled feedback and served as a bridge between the Brazilian H1Z1 community (between 5-10 thousand players) and the developers. Although it wasn't paid work, maybe that fact made it all the more rewarding, after all, it was an involvement driven by a lot of love for the work. Maybe it's a bit cliché to describe it that way, but the greater my love for the game, the greater my need to make it fun for everyone, after all, it's nice to know when lots of other people feel the same way as you, right? And the H1Z1 - in its three years - guaranteed me many doors (like the experience of having gone to South Korea to study!), or that of constantly practicing my English to the point of feeling confident and having greater knowledge of technical terms from area. In those years, I got involved with some communities and some temporary jobs involving testing and feedback, but nothing formal or constant (unfortunately). As much as my area of academic training is considerably far from what is usually requested (seriously Thayse, History...?), it saddens me to know that my training and volunteer experience cannot be considered. I I want communicate with people, I want being within a community (aware of pros and cons), I want find a space within the area that I dedicated my life to for so many years, without ever asking for anything in return. Perhaps this text is too long. Vents are not very attractive, correct? But that's okay, I just want to live my life without regretting not even trying. Thanks in advance for reading! <3

I finished my bachelor's degree in Leisure and Tourism at EACH-USP, where we talked about entertainment and events, I found myself in the subject, but when I intended to enter the area, the pandemic came, plan B was digital marketing, like social media, I have knowledge in aspects that are linked to this (design, copywriting, analysis, photography, platforms, seo, etc.), but let's demystify that one person must do all of this alone, so I introduce myself as a content strategist and social media analyst. I have worked in both areas, event production and social media coordinator, both make sense with my analytical profile, communicator, planner, organizer and decision maker; and developed in me knowledge about sociability. All of this is linked, as the formation of Leisure and Tourism involved various subjects, such as administration, management, marketing, entertainment, economy, mobilities, events, law, geographical approaches, people management, among other broad views about the city, market and people. These subjects help the professional eye to focus on experience, sustainability and hospitality, to work with interdisciplinarity and to have an overview of the business. I'm known as Chun. I started in 2020 as an official Overwatch commentator and made the final of both the Brazilian and international championships (Overwatch League). I migrated to Valorant in 2021 and my main jobs were all editions of the Rakin Cup that year as a commentator, including the first edition with an in-person final. That same year, I graduated from the Radialista (Television Show Presenter) course at Senac. In 2022 I did my first job as a Free Fire commentator and then I started to dedicate myself more to Valorant. At the request of the championships themselves (Girl Pwr from Gaming Culture and Protocol Geneses from GamersClub) I also started as a narrator, and so I never stopped working. After the move, I was called to the Riot studios for all inclusive in-person events including worlds. In the mixed championships, highlight for the Elite Cup face-to-face and the official opening of the VCT Masters Copenhagen as narrator. At the end of 2022 I had the opportunity to be invited to the Esports Brasil Award as a SuperJury in the category of best female athlete in Valorant. For the year 2023, I plan to continue narrating and commentary on Valorant and expanding into other games. I'm interested in Overwatch, Fortnite and CS, but I'm open to other proposals.
